The Right to Tie the Knot

I may have strayed a bit from my ambitious post-grad employment goals. But I’m so glad I work at a [locally owned] business that is willing to make a true blue political statement. And, for that matter, it’s not a statement we sell for profit, e.g., an Urban Outfitters shirt that says “I Support Gay Marriage.” I’d like to present the current Essentials window: hundreds (thousands?) of suspended white knots the owner tied herself.

We also are handing out complementary knots/pins and literature to our customers. Check out whiteknot.org for more info – we are a featured business.

Origami Update: I have perfected the rose!  Boo-yah.
